I was really impressed in their care in informing me. We were presented options, it wasn’t a one-size fits all operation, it was here’s your options this is what you can do. In terms of the rate of return I felt it was more of a secure investment than dealing with the stock market because I also do invest with stocks and it’s so volatile. Just based on where we are in the economy I don’t think that real estate is going to take a deep dive in the negative direction.

​There’s a couple of other guys out there that say they can do it but by the time you do your application fee, pay their fees, pay points, jump through their hoops, meet their loan to value requirements, have a reserve, they can’t get a deal done hardly.
